Period after three months but little
Hi I am 31 yes old female  2.5yrs before feb 2024 got delivered a baby girl still breastfeeding having pcos from my 15yrs I got conceived with the help of myo inositol vaginal delivery plus first baby got aborted .Since from child birth I got 3 to 4months period normally for one year or three times then again period absent for long so I put medroxyprogesterone with doctor advice again in-between I got period without tablet now Jan 2026 I got ultrasound it shows pco as usual And Feb 08 got period using tablets now it's been near 4months I got period without tablets which is good but the problem very little flow first day only one pad got wet that too half next day only few drops why this so ??? Is it due to breastfeeding or pco My mother died 10yrs ago due to cervical cancer I got my hpv doses and finished my dose in feb only I got married in 2020 .I attached ultrasound took in Jan 2026 and thyroid profile which is also took in Jan 2026 Why little flow pls answer
