Hello dear patient, as you said that you have pulmonary tb and had taken att treatment. And now you are having coughing problems. There can be due to the damage it has done, sometimes it creates bronchiectasis which happens in few patients of tuberculosis. In that case symptoms like cough, sputum or even blood in sputum can come. Infections may also occur more frequently than normal persons. So what exactly the problem is can be diagnosed by proper history and investigation like xray chest and CT scan studies. I advise to take some anti allergic medications for now being, like montelucast and levocetrizine. Tc
