Cough. Blood streaked morning sputum

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have been suffering from bad cough since a week. Took azithral for 5 days OD. Since 3 days morning sputum is blood streaked though cough has reduced, however not completely gone. Today I was slightly dizzy while I was working. Appetite is pretty normal (increased from before actually). I smoke frequently. Please suggest something.
