Cough problem
My daughter is having somecaugh problem. And its a very dry cough. In day time its much to take her upto a vomitt sometimes. Please suggest

Hi thanks for writing to Practo. It's important to know cause of cough. And also to evaluate and manage this child. Meanwhile if here is no fever you may give child lot of lukewarm water to drink to keep baby hydrated. Also give syp Hunitus for temporary relief.

Sometimes a few children have a low threshold for vomiting. They may vomit after coughing or even crying. In your case probably looks like the coughing is the culprit. Needs to be prescribed cough suppressant.
