Ok here are medication considering that you are breast feeding too. Take Tablet Sinarest one tablet after food in morning and night. It will work for fever head ache and cold. For cough Take syrup Brozedex. 5ml three times a day and whenever required. If symptoms doesn't subside antibiotics needed to be started .
