  4. Cough and fever since yesterday. Doctor?

Cough and fever since yesterday
My 4.5 yo kid has cough and fever since yesterday. The fever was 101. I gave him p250 5ml twice yesterday at 6 hrs interval. What do you suggest? When should I visit the doctor? Should I continue the dosage. Thank you.
