Cough with sound of mucus
1.5 years baby having cough with sound of mucus from yesterday. No fever . Runny nose 1 day before. I was using saline nasal drops. Shall I nebulise her also?

Based on what you’ve described, this looks like a mild viral cold. Cough with mucus after a runny nose and no fever is very common in 1.5-year-old children. At this stage: • Saline nasal drops are sufficient and should be continued • Steam inhalation (supervised) can help loosen mucus • Plenty of fluids and rest are important
