Cough and cold
I have cold for 3 days now.. I do not want to take antibiotics so have been doing all the home remedies.. taking steam and tea with ginger,pepper, tulsi patta and honey and having soup. Gargle and with all this I am taking vettumaran pills 2 pills twice a day.. fever is not there but there is congestion in the chest.. please suggest if this is OK? I also took vitamin c pills.

You might be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within a week. You can use over the counter cough medicines for faster recovery
