I was covid pneumonia positive on 6th may did rt pcr. Again the same test aft 21 days was negative. For travelling did rt pcr on 4th june which came positive with no symptoms. But now on 9th june I'm having severe gastritis as I'm having outside food and feeling feverish. So can this b reinfecrion or its totally different. As it always happens with me when I have outside food continuously for 2 days. Kindly reply I'm tensed
