Do I need to go rt pcr test?
Hello.
Since last 2 days I had running nose and sneezing (not very severe) today running nose and sneezing has stopped and have dry cough and in the evening (now) I have 99.1 temperature.
Is it recommended to have rt pcr test done ?

Your symptoms are coinciding with covid 19 symptoms but it could be viral fever and prevailing cold .
Take tab Dolo twice daily for 2 days till fever subsides
Tab .montair lc for cold and running nose 1 tab at night before sleep
Syrrup ambrolite for dry cough twice daily
If ur symptoms are persisting then u can do a rtpcr test for covid 19

Yes, although the covid 19 incidence has decreased but this is not zero at present. And when symptoms are of influenza like illness it is always better to do the rtpcr for covid.
If it's negative, treatment should be accordingly modified.
