Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have not yet tested for corona but have loose motion since last two days and doctor gave me cefixime tablet to eat . Though i don't have any other symptom except for loose motion should i take cefixime , i have taken one tablet . Should i continue? Please help Age 21 , female
