Fever up and down for past 3 days after Penta III & heppatities B vaccination. We are giving Paracetamol syrup only.

Hello. Fever after pentavac vaccine is quite common. Continue giving PCM and document fever with digital thermometer. Do tepid sponging if required. Hope this helped you.
