Your child has persistent diarrhea for 8 days, which is no longer simple acute diarrhea. Pale yellow stools with on-off pattern suggest ongoing gut infection or post-infectious malabsorption. Lack of response to probiotics alone means further evaluation is needed
Next Steps
-ORS solution frequently to prevent dehydration -Zinc 20 mg once daily for 10 to 14 days -Stool routine and microscopy should be done if not improving in 2 to 3 days -Avoid unnecessary antibiotics unless stool test indicates
Health Tips
-Light diet like khichdi, curd, banana -Avoid milk, oily and junk food temporarily -Monitor for dehydration signs like low urine, weakness contact me anytime on practo for further consultation

Enterogermina is not a treatment,  its only recovered gut flora back.without knowing underlying pathology this wouldn't work alone.better if you go nearby hospital and consult with general physician for evaluation or you can consult me directly on practo.

It must be some parasitic infection . But can’t comment without testing the sample . Start ORS .. avoid outside food . Also check for abdominal pain if it is present or not . Stop taking outside food . Take tab. O2 only once n watch whether the frequency of stool is the same . If it doesn’t stop take her to nearby hospital . Take coconut water and probiotics . Stay hydrated .
Next Steps
If the stools doesn’t stop visit a doctor
Health Tips
Avoid spicy , oily food .
