Continous unknown problem
I am 32 yr old male , i have been diagnosed with pelvic pain syndrome , for last 3 months i have been suffering of continous mild burning sensation inside and at the tip of urethra irrespective of passing urine or not . after that pain started at the joint of penis shaft but was bearable and controlled by medicines. but suddenly after 2 weeks suddenly one morning i felt pain inside left side of scrotum, not whole but inside some veins or vas deferens whatever the pain is in that particular vein or vas deferens not in whole scrotum what should i do ,pain is moderate but comes in waves and on pressing that particular vein , and their is no swelling ,the doctor which was  treating me is not available for 2 weeks now what should i do?

Please get ultrasound of KUB region and ultrasound of scrotum by an expert radiologist only. It can be due to Lower ureter stone or Varicoele or prostatitis. But prior to that consult urologist physically.
