Hello, Since how long are you using the medicines and at what dose The continuous repeated thoughts that disturb you mind and your day to day activities may be called obsessions. Fro them to be minimised, you need to take an adequate dose of medicines like fluoxetine and clomipramine. Also, it takes a while to for the medicines to show their effect. You need to take the tablets regularly as given by your Psychiatrist. Skipping tablets occasionally will not give desired results You will also benefit from a type of counseling (psychotherapy) called CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
Next Steps
please discuss your concerns with your Psychiatrist ASAP he/she will guide regarding the next steps in your treatment, which includes 1) adjusting the doses of your medicines 2) enrolling you for CBT from a psychologist/Psychiatrist
Health Tips
hope you feel better soon good luck 👍
