Continous pain in throat
Hello Doctors, I live in Japan, and one of the nepali chef from Indian restaurant asked me to consult with Indian doctor for his throat pain.
Patient Complaints:
1. Continue Internal throat pain from 7 months.
2. Tongue pain during communication.
3. Pain in morning in internal throat and once little blood also came out from mouth.
I am attaching reports of his throat examination.
Can you please help him with any remedies or medicine.

As per the reports, its just acidity problem. Diet modification, regular exercise etc would help. Avoid spicy/ oily food.Do mot sleep immediately after taking food.

The reports says it's acid reflux disease , but the tongue pain and bloody sputum needs to be examined.
Kindly consult an ent doctor and get a complete throat examination done . Once the diagnosis is confirmed we can manage conservatively with medications.
