Contd cure of neurodegenerative disorder

Dear Sirs&Madams,regards of the day firstly.&thanks .......Tegrital 400-0-600, Cloba 20-0-20,Serta 25-0-0×15days to 50-0-0×30days to 100-0-0×70days;Now for twitching of mouth,pain in ear,pres sure on eye my Ayurvedic physician has put me on Saraswatarishta with gold 15ml-015ml,Manasamitravati 1-0-1,Sarivadivati2-0-2,......contd.Ekangveer ras tablets 1-0-1.For 20 days now,I'm experiencing facial pain also.My left mouth would not participate in eating,speaking like it used to before.Earlier only left part would pain in the event of eating,talking with exertion&yawning.Now occasionally right side face-mouth,ears,eyes,forehead,temple pain in same events.Left temple,ears,eyes,cheeks,basal tongue,forehead,nostrils are constantly under pain.What is wrong with me?Is it degenerative or curable?Am I left with any hope to live far too longer or am I at the door of death&collapse?Please tell me truth&guide me.I believe in eternal life&consider dissolution of mortal bodies as only change in form.🙏
