Contact Dermatitits on Breast

I have underlying eczema and recently my breasts have started itching. I find myself waking up with scratch marks on the skin around my breasts. I have been using steroid creams for neck and behind my knees. Can I use the steroid creams for my breasts? Is there any side effects?
