Between breast and under breast

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have brown skin.. But between and under of my breast there is dark skin and even on my buttocks and on thighs.. I used to wear tight bra all the time and I have tried many things but failed to remove it ... Can u suggest me anything to remove it???
