My mother Jyoti,52 yrs,has hypertension & is on Tab Telmikind 40 mg 1-0-0 & Tab Amlip 5mg 0-0-1 since last 3 months. She also has hypothyroidism & is on Tab Eltroxin 50 mg since last 1 year.
