Here are some problematic area: Haemoglobin - 11.2 gm/dl RBC count - 3.17 Millions/cmm SGPT - 87.64 IU/L SGOT 60.04 IU/L TSH thyroid - 11.49 ulU/m Vitamin D - 6.89 ng/mL Vitamin B12 - 184 pg/ml Please suggest medicines and diet accordingly. Also please suggest if there's any major concern that needs to be taken care of. I'm not suffering or facing from any specific problem. I'm having home cooked vegetarian Indian meal and working out for half an hour every alternate day. Tried morning walk in the morning but had severe muscle pain in my legs after 2 days of walk. Hence, discontinued my walk since then.
