Consultancy on my routine urine analysis

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I want to know whether this report confirms urinary tract infection or there is something else wrong with me? I am having frequent urination and sensation during micturition and lower abdomen pain sometimes and i am feeling light headed too. I have an active sex life so I am worried is it STD or pregnancy or UTI ?

Seems like cystitis.... you will need an antibiotic for it.... please get a urine culture done and can start tablet oflox 200mg twice daily for 3 days if no allergies
