Take a lot of fluids, about 4-6 litres per day, including water, barley water, buttermilk, lemon juice and other citrus fruits juice. Avoid non-veg, cabbage, cauliflower and tomato for few months. And reduce green leafy vegetables. Can increase carrots. Be strict in diet for a couple of months and then on occasional days when diet gets compromised, increase the fluid intake.
