Fruits
Salads
Leafy vegetables
Plenty of fluid intake
Avoid milk
Bakery products
Cream biscuits
Maida products
Children this age are fussy eaters so they do give a tough time but there is no solution other than a good diet.

Increase fruits and green vegetables in diet and plenty of water.
Do toilet training every morning for 10 min.
If this does not relieve his constipation then we will have to start give syp to loosen his stools for disimpaction
