My daily routine and diet Morning 6:30 am - 500-600 ml warm water . 7 am , badam milk 9 am chapati and green vegetable sabzi and curd. Similarly in lunch , 2-3 chapati and 1 cup vegetable and 1 cup curd / 500 ml lassi. Evening 4 pm , maumbi juice . Evening 6 pm , 2 banana. Dinner 2-3 chapati and 1 cup mix dal. Bedtime 500 ml hot milk+ 1 tablespoo desi ghee. During whole day water intake 2-3 ltr minimum. Uske baad bhi mai next day kafi late washroom jaa rha hu fresh hone. And completely empty ni ho pa rhe bowels. Please help me.
