Constipation.
Dr. I am having constipation 1-2 times with little blood a week and less stool from past 6 months. My ultrasound was normal.

What is consistency of stool? And blood comes sticked to stool or squash in pot? Use fibre rich diet and syrup lactulose 30ml in night

Improve your personal habit & habitat ,take fiber fruit,plenty  of liquid supplements ,avoid  preparations that cuse constipaon
