Constipation and Gas in 5 year old
Hello, My son is 5 years old. Recently, he was diagnosed with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP). With paracetamol the condition is cured. But now he has severe gas and constipation and acidity. He is unable to eat anything for acidity and gas. Please help with a child friendly medicine for his condition. Thank you
