Hello, my daughter is 6 months old she is taking similac formula and since 5-6 days she started having dal ka pani, but recently she is having very hard potty like round balls for which she has to make lot of effort, due to which her anal area getting rashed and cut, what can be the solution please suggest.

Usually tur dal is not advisable to start with. You can use moong or masoor dal. Also start giving plain water. Please reconfirm formula milk concentration, usually in each 30 ml of water we need to add one scoop of powder.

This is a common problem with formula feed
You will have to increase her water intake
Add fruits( banana, apple, papaya) and green leafy veggies to diet
