Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi, as you have mentioned your height is 5.6" ideally your weight must stay around 65-68 kgs.
As you are saying that you are working out regularly and it is not helping.
I think you should get your basic blood tests and hormonal blood tests done. Get your thyroid reports done.
Also only working out is not enough you need to have proper diet plans along with it.
