Doctor, I want some advice for my anxiety disorder. I had two panic attacks at two different times. Then I have constant fear. This fear induces without any specific reason. Constantly I have irrational thoughts which are criticizing famous and religiously sacred people. I try to stop them. But that would not be successful. It increases my fear more and more. Usually I have a choking feeling when I go to new place where I have gone before. In home also that choking feeling haunts, induces fear
