Constant Pain in waist and leg
After sitting on the chair for 20-30 mins, I feel pain on waist, thighs and lower leg. Sometimes when I sleep, I feel the muscle pain on the lower leg. I feel like, I should hit that place with a great force. I also do smoke. Does it make is worse?

Mainly its due to lower back (lumbar) disc disease may with nerve root irritation or compression.. which type of pain you perceive is matter.. i mean tingling,  thrombing,  pricking ??? If its like tingling or pricking than its purely due to nerve root irritation or compression which is very common in present working life
Next Steps
if history of pain is 1-2 week.. get Xray Lumbar spine AP & Lateral view.. with proper consultarion and assessment.. if history is more than 2 week.. consult Pain Physician or Ortho for MRI
Health Tips
change your position at regular interval dont lift weight avoid cross leg sitting for now start casual walking atleast 40 min
