Constant pain in back
I am having a constant pain in my upper part region of my spine . This pain was from about 3 years and it has grown more. Previously I had a complaint for hip pain and slowly it is paining in this region. I am on medication for last 1 month but there is no sign of improvement .

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times

It's due to trapezius fibromyositis, start analgesics along with physiotherapy, and regular exercises required to maintain strengthen the muscles and to prevent the recurrence.
