Hello there. I can understand your concern. No. It's not right to take. I don't know any tablet by name stress. And also you don't even know what's causing the headache. Get it checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. He will be able to help you further. Prescribing medicines is his job. Not yours. Best regards.
