Constant headache
I am having headache and pain at neck area from 1 week. I consulted the doctor he has given paracetmal 500mg, levocetrizine, multivitamin syrup and gas tablet. When I have used it i am getting relief . within12 to 15 hours again headache coming back. I have also used saridon again same problem. Coming and going. What i have to take to get relief permanently.
