Constant headache, fever

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I've been fever from five days with severe headache and more during morning and day time.My platelets(1lakh cell/cum)& monocytes(1%) count is very low.so it is dengue ??

The platelet count can fall even in cases of Viral fevers (Flu). It need not necessarily be Dengue. Just take plenty of fluids orally- Hydration and good nutrition will boost your immune system and limit the infection. For symptomatic relief of Fever and Headache, Please take+ Tab. Dolo 650mg four times a day. 8am-12pm-5pm-10pm after food (atleast not on an empty stomach)
