It has been a month that I feel stressed. As a result I am frequently forgetting things and having headaches, absentmindedness and emotional disturbance. Please help with suggestions / medications.

Is there any particular reason for your stress? Try to sort it out of possible. You can try relaxation techniques like meditation and calm breathing. Regular physical exercise will also help.
