Constant fever frm 3 days. And body pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I donated blood 4 days ago. After that i had fever that night. But i was fine in the morning. Then after 2 days, again i got fever. Doctor asked me for blood test. My WBC count is double the maximum limit. But the report was negative for dengue.
