Constant ear pain

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have been having ear pain from last 2 days and under the ear also ; down to the cheeks upto the neck. I am not able to eat and speak properly due to the pain .In the year 3-4 times i have to face this problem. Please suggest me the best medicine with less sideeffects.
