Constant Depression
My problem is that I overthink in any situation. And most of time, it doesn't do good to me. And I am hard on myself which makes me feel sad and then I get depressed easily.

Many people over think. Our brain normally thinks 40-50000 thoughts in a day which are normally neutral thoughts. Sometimes our brain tends to ruminate. We need go at times learn to catch ourselves over thinking, shout STOP and tell ourselves " My time to think this is 730 pm or 730 am. Not now." Make this a habit. Also try and write out your thoughts one day, then see whether they are realistic or are you focusing on the negatives. Learn to add a BUT to the thought. E.g. " This is not going well BUT it's okay. No one has a perfect life. I have my inner strength and I'll get through this. Focus on now. Do this regularly and you 'll find the positive thoughts outweigh the negative soon.
