  4. Constant chest pain. To sleep as well?

I am 19 years old, i thought the chest pains were related to acidic behavior in stomach, i took pepto bismol as a medication, it just gave me relief for an hour , now its back, the only thing helping right now is water, and im unable to sleep as well
