Have done spinal and dorsal MRI, MRI of Dorsal Spine-- schmorl's node is identified along the superior endplate of D10 vertebral body. MRI of Lumbar Spine without contract- mild diffuse annular bulge is identified of L3-4, L4-5, L5-6 discs, indenting the thecal sac.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down.
