Constant back pain
I have had bulging discs and pain in my back for over 4 years. I am being forced by my pain doctor to have epidural steroid injections, but after researching them I am concerned about the risks. Will you please give me some guidance on how to proceed? I am currently prescribed 15mg roxycodone 4 times daily for my pain. My doc told me if I don't do the injections I will be kicked out of the pain clinic. I understand the risks of opioids, but don't want to add additional risks if I don't have to.

Ur doctor will do best for you. Meet an orthopaedic surgeon. Epidural injection is safe. But requirement will be decided by doctors only. Pls don't do research n waste  time. Trust ur doctor.
