I can't THINK whenever I try it's like pressure builds in my mind and I can't process data in mind I have trouble analysing and deep thinking. I can't completely connect with something or feel it. Eg. If someone tries to beat me for no reason I know it is not good and right but I can't actually feel anger for the person or shame that I am beaten up or anything

It's due to cognitive overload Do mindful breathing exercise inhale from nose for four sec stomach will come out hold for 2 sec and exhale from mouth slowly like blowing a candle stomach should go in keep focus on breath if mind wanders bring focus back on your breathing
