Confusion to take medicine
Prescription attached shows the medicine i am using but excessive & unstoppable thoughts are coming mostly sexual... also my brain and heart is little week as compared to before...i dont have that power to talk to anyone... sir i have been in real anxiety triggers for me for 4 days ....is it due to this? noise, voices and sound by humans and traffic... i asked doctor he said for desvenlafaxine 50.....but after remaining in silence for 2 days , i am feeling somewhat ok now... should i have desvenlafaxine 50 at night?

You can continue the prescribed medicines. For your repeated sexual thought you should consult your treating Psychiatrist. I think these are symptoms of OCD but detailed assessment is needed.
