CONFUSED WHAT TO DO NEXT
DEAR SIR/MADAM I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED BY ANXIETY DISORDER & PTSD IN NOV 2015, FROM NOV 2015 TO NOV 2016 I AM ON ANTIDEPRESSANT & WE SLOWLY STOP & TAPER THE MEDICINE IN DECEMBER 2016, NOW I DON'T HAVE ANY ANXIETY SYMPTOMS , MY MIND IS FULL OF POSITIVE ENERGY. I HAVE STARTED MY OWN BUSINESS CURRENTLY IT'S NOT GOING GOOD BUT I HAVE CONFIDENCE ON MYSELF I CAN MAKE IT SUCCESS. BUT DON'T KNOW NEGATIVE THOUGHTS LIKE FAILURE, SUICIDAL THOUGHTS COME IN MIND, I KNOW I AM NOT GOING TO DO THAT BUT IT REPEATEDLY COMES IN MIND. I JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THESE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. REGARDS MANISH KUMAR

You need to support yourself with confidence and more positive thoughts It's like when you have negative thought try and switch it with a positive thought. Also keep check on the kinds of negative thoughts and how long do they last ..  how about creating a thought record.
