Your problem is due to fungal infections , wash with Neem treated water/boric acid solution in water/potassium permanganate solution diluted and then apply Jatyadi ghrit or oil , Take safe herbal Ayurvedic treatment i e Cap Majistha (Himalaya) 1 bid, Arogya Vardhini 2 tabs bid for 15 days
