Penis sensitivity skin
Doctors..need serious advice.. during sex time.. I cum early.. high sensitivity near glans and frenulum.. I tried 25mg pill once .. but not  help much.. not sure about phimosis..my dick rolls down .. but not much from back side .head of penis is attached to skin so no roll down.. does it causes high sensitivity..? Or it should be cut or its normal or it will be better if not attached.? Please advice.. i attach photos
