Is it ok taking carvedilol 6.25mg and cilnidipine ip ( cinod) 20 mg tablets twice a day. Serum creatinine is 5.9 mg Bp 182/108 mmHg Bp 198/111 mmHg He is a diabetic patient using metformjn hydrochloride glimeprideand vogil 500 mg tablet daily once. Plz advice.. Thank you..
