Colitis with constipation

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I was having stomach pain from last few months so went to the hospital and done sonography in sonography it's mentioned uniform symmetrical colon wall noted most likely infective wall with 3.3mm thickness , hospitalized for 5 days took antibiotics and even after that medication is going on still not feeling well have stomach pain , how much time it will take to cure .( Medicine - cefixime , sn 15 plus , probiotics )
