  4. Coldness of body. Essue. please help me!

Hii... I am 25 weeeks of pregnancy.... My leg and hand always haveing cold...and aslo feeling numbless...some time head and face also feels numbless...tirdness also and heart palpitition and shortness of breath.. Although my ecg and echo is normal In here is summer season going on What is the reason... Is this any serious essue. Please help me
